In this powerful episode, John Miles shares a part of his journey and transitions in his career and personal life.
We talk about trauma and how we all deal differently with it, but how he hopes that there is more acceptance that mental health is as important or more than physical health, and to break the stigma around seeking for help to deal with PTSD. He shares with us the devastating numbers of suicides among veterans and non veterans. With the work that he does, he hopes that others with PTSD realize that they are not alone and to seek out for help.
